Raajje Delivery provides delivery, logistics, and related support services, including but not limited to inter-island deliveries, local deliveries, courier collection, assisted purchasing, product sourcing, customs clearance assistance, and fulfilment-related support.

2. Service Requests and Instructions
By placing a request with us, you confirm that:

- You have the right to send, receive, or request the handling of the items involved

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear instructions.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not handle or transport items that are illegal, restricted, dangerous, or prohibited under Maldivian law or applicable regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a request if an item is suspected to be unsafe or non-compliant.
4. Delivery Timelines
Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. While we aim to deliver items within the stated time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transport schedules, customs processes, third-party couriers, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Customs and Regulatory Matters
For services involving customs clearance or imports and exports, you remain responsible for the accuracy of declarations, permits, and supporting documents. Our role is to assist and coordinate where possible, but we do not guarantee approval or clearance outcomes.
Any duties, taxes, penalties, or fees imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Pricing and Payments
Service fees will be communicated before or at the time of confirmation. Prices may vary based on distance, urgency, package size, handling requirements, or third-party costs.
Payments must be made according to the agreed method and timeframe. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid or overdue charges.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in handling packages and fulfilling services. However, our liability is limited to the service fee paid unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by external factors
- Loss or damage resulting from improper packaging or undisclosed contents
8. Cancellations and Changes
Requests may be cancelled or modified before service has commenced. Once a service is in progress, cancellations may not be possible and charges may still apply.
